Services

Personalized Care. Meaningful Change.

Each service is shaped to your story. Below is where we usually start — but the real work always begins with a conversation.

Trauma & Healing

Trauma therapy may be helpful if you’ve experienced something overwhelming, frightening, or deeply distressing – and find that its effects are still showing up in your thoughts, relationships, emotions, or daily life.Therapy begins with understanding your story and creating a sense of safety. Together, we’ll identify the patterns that are keeping you stuck and develop practical tools for navigating them. When appropriate, trauma-focused approaches such as EMDR or TF-CBT may be incorporated into treatment.

Life Transitions

Life transitions therapy may be helpful when you’re navigating a significant change-whether expected or unexpected. This may include: divorce, relationship changes, grief and loss, career/academic changes, immigration or major life decisions.

We’ll create space to slow down, understand what you’re experiencing, and identify what matters most to you now. Therapy can help you make sense of change, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with greater clarity and intention.

Relationships & Connection

Relationship therapy may be helpful if you’re experiencing recurring conflict, difficulty communicating, boundary challenges, disconnection, or uncertainty about how to build healthier relationships. This can include individual or couples work.

We’ll explore communication patterns, attachment, boundaries, emotional needs, and the experiences that influence how you connect with others. The goal isn’t to determine who’s right or wrong. It’s to create greater understanding and develop healthier ways of relating.

Immigration Evaluations

Immigration psychological evaluations may be appropriate for individuals seeking documentation related to certain immigration matters, including hardship and other qualifying circumstances.

The evaluation involved a thorough clinical interview and assessment of relevant psychological and personal history. You’ll have space to share your experiences in a respectful, confidential environment. The final evaluation provides a professional, evidence-informed account of your psychological experiences and how they relate to the circumstances being evaluated.

Addiction & Recovery

Addiction and recovery therapy may be helpful if substance use or other compulsive patters are affecting your relationships, work, health, or sense of control-or if you’re questioning whether your current relationship with a substance or behavior is sustainable.

We’ll look at patterns beneath the behavior without shame or judgement. Together we will identify triggers, understand the role the behavior has played in your life, and develop healthier ways to cope, regulate emotions and move toward the life you want.
